SISQUAL WFM is a super-specialized technology company, creator of a single software product, namely Workforce Management – WFM, founded in 1992 in Porto, Portugal.
SISQUAL is today one of the main WFM solutions for healthcare in the world. The company has developed software that helps managers of large institutions around the world to increase Productivity while also increasing Levels of service provided and the Quality of Life of its workers; all of this, of course, while respecting local labour laws and labour culture.
SISQUAL would like to bring to this project all its knowledge in healthcare workforce management, creation of work cycles, implementation of teams adjusted to the needs of patients, adjustment of work schedules according to the responsibilities, tasks and skills of the healthcare and social workforce.
