In short LifeCharger has developed a platform for the delivery of person-focused telemedicine services in their own home.
The platform allows to track the therapeutic adherence and support the patient in its management, to acquire physiological parameters both in terms of remote monitoring and self-monitoring, the monitoring of symptoms, the involvement of caregivers.
Specific attention was paid to lifestyle supports (movement / sedentary lifestyle and diet).
In developing its platform, LifeCharger made use of the collaboration of prima clinical institutes and research centers.
