SCMA: In cases where a PHR is not present, how is health data recorded?
Would it be possible to have more information about integrate with the Citizen Platform? How does it take place?

NFR13.18 says “INCAREHEART solution shall be usable with delay no greater than 0.5 ms..”We assume that the integration of third party applications, EHR and devices  is not included in this period. Is it correct?

Can we receive patient data in accordance with KVKK (Turkish counterpart of GDPR)?

In which form will the APIs for integration with e-Nabiz be provided, since they are not publicly available? Would it be possible to have more details about integration with tele-radiology system, Central Doctor Appointment System, and 112 Emergency Applications?

Shall we support multiple languages in phase II or only English is sufficient?

We’d like to have a small explanation regarding the phase 2. Tender documents refer to prototype v1 and v2 that must be tested from 15 users of each procurer site. This means that phase 2 will be something like a small scale pilot? These users can be our colleagues or will they be users that procurers will indicate us?

Phase III, 16 months. How long is the implementation VS pilot duration expected ?

Is there a plan for the procuring organisations to be interoperable among them? They are not connected somehow?

I assume the procurers use different software systems such as EHRs, so is there a description of them? Do you expect to connect the new system to the existing EHRs? Or would it be easier to have first a disconnected/likely connected system and later do the integrations with the existing systems?

What is the target group to be enrolled in the project, and how long will they be involved?
