Some general remarks on IPR in a PCP

In which situation is it foreseen that the ownership is transferred to the Buyers Group?

We believe that by developing the user interface and leveraging the already tested algorithm, we would be able to meet the requirements under use case number 9 (MDT decision support).
Nevertheless, further validation of the algorithm would be necessary and our main question is, if that could be done within INCAREHEART as part of the proposal?

Since both of the two solutions will be piloted in all five procurers’ regions in Phase 3 of the project (FAQ 13), and possibly multiple sites at each region (FAQ 32) this also requires adopting the solution for all sites. Roughly this can be broken up into the following tasks

Considering NFR13.4, what are the available options for an integration with WINCARE EHR platform? Is there a Web API available or Web Services that would allow an interaction with WinCare? What would be the available data? What would be the data format (e.g. JSON, XML)?

As concerns FR10.1 “Incorporation of patient held devices”, it is stated that in relation to devices for monitoring, suppliers will be required to consider innovations from the HSMonitor PCP. We would like to ask if it will be enough to obtain information via the HSMonitor PCP websites and its relative sections where they briefly introduce the solutions that have been awarded so far for each Phase or if you will be able to provide us with more specific information or tools to gain other kind of access to it?

As concerns the non-functional requirement NFR13.27: What is meant by “point of care software provision with a store and forward capability”. We kindly ask to clarify.

As concerns the functional requirement FR10.2 we ask to clarify what is meant by “complication scanning function” that the system should implement.

Can we use cloud-based (Apple Health, Google Health,…) solutions for device integrations?

Can we use the Europe-based Cloud Services (Azure, Amazon Web Services,..)?
