I have not seen in the Request for Tenders a request to attach to the legal Entity Form a proof of registration e.g. certificate of registration by the Chamber of Commerce, confirmation of the VAT number by the national VAT administration, etc. Is any of these documents requested for the Administrative Offer?

NFR13.18 says “INCAREHEART solution shall be usable with delay no greater than 0.5 ms..”We assume that the integration of third party applications, EHR and devices  is not included in this period. Is it correct?

What are the selection and award criteria for each phase? How does the EC participate in the evaluations? What is the evaluation board’s structure like?

We still have some questions related to the scope of work and expectations. Is there any possibility to have a short call with you?

We have a software we have developed for cardiology intensive care units.
During patients stay in the intensive care unit, all operations are supported by artificial intelligence and decision support algorithms; We aim to recommend the best treatment to doctors.
I wonder if this program covers that?

Since we’ll submit our documents both electronically and postal, shall we sign them digitally or by hand? Or both?

Can a UK based company participate in the tender?

I am surprised of the long delay for the launch of the tender. Can you please explain why it will take such a long time to prepare it?

Let’s assume there will be a winning consortium/provider at the end of phase III – will all procurers be obliged to purchase from the winning consortium or can you still decide if you want to move into phase IV with the winning consortium/provider?
